Atomic habits is about how to change bad habits into good habits or perhaps. Building good habits and breaking bad ones. This book helps you achieve your goals by your everyday habits and the way you think.
Strengths
I liked how the author also provided us with some real life examples and a lot of scientific approvals about things actually helped me a lot to believe more. The author also provided us with some really relatable examples of negative habits and the ways that we could change them.
Weaknesses:
The only thing that I think should be fixed is that the author repeated a lot things which made the book much more longer then what it should of been.
Opinion:
My personal opinion about this book is that, it is really fun to read and you could actually learn a lot from this book. If you have a goal to change your bad habit into good ones this book will help you a lot.
