Fact-Ful-Ness by Anna Rosling, Hans Rosling, and Ola Rosling

Rating: 5/5

Summary:

Fact-Ful-Ness is about predispositions that manipulate our understanding of the world and prevent us from seeing things as they truly are. It explains how the advancement of digital media has twisted our view of the world, how human feelings lead to biased thinking, and how we can try to differentiate fact from fiction when shaping our opinions.

Strengths

This is probably one of the most strong books in general, because our world desperately needs a shared understanding of humanity, which this book provides in abundance, and it is important that this reality be based on scientific evidence and logic.

Weaknesses:

The author used quite hard words to understand is one weakness. Using easier and understandable words will be much better to read.

My Opinion:

I think that this is a great book with an inspiring lesson about discovering facts from data and observing the truth from all the information we have. The most important lesson I've learned is that the world isn't ideal, and we have a long journey ahead of us but we must realize what we have accomplished thus far is to find strength from it and seek to develop.
