Summary:

The plot follows Gon Freecss, a young boy who has been told his whole life that both of his parents are dead. When Gon hears from Kite, his father Ging Freecss' apprentice, that he is still alive and has progressed to the rank of Hunter, he leaves his home on Whale Island to take the Hunter Examination and become a Hunter like him.

Strengths:

The plot is really interesting and the arcs were so good i enjoyed my time while reading. I loved how the author Togashi added a bit of his own spice to the plot and instead of it being a lame plot about being a hunter, it talks about how Gon goes with his best friend Killua to find his father.

Weaknesses:

There aren't any weaknesses, the story is literally perfect but the only thing that bothers me is how the author stopped and didn't continue the story for many years but the good thing is he might continue it this year and I am really excited.

My Opinion:

I loved it I really did, the story and how the author portrayed it in a unique and interesting way. It was such a great experience I had fun reading and going through all phases of emotions.
