Summary:
This book is a self help book, from the name of the book you can guess what the book is about. This book can literally make you smarter, but what makes this book even more interesting is that the author is a hypnotist and he will use hypnosis to make you smarter, unbelievable right? But here is the catch, he will not magically make you smarter, he will just teach you ways to study and work smarter instead of studying/ working harder.
Strengths
The title of the book was very catchy, so are his other books. The book also came with a CD and throughout the book the author will tell you when to use the CD .The advices in the book, they were really easy, helpful and practical, and what's great is that with every exercise comes a diagram drawn next to it to make it easier for you to understand how to do the exercises.
Weaknesses:
There are not much weaknesses to the book but I think it would help if he made his CDs into audiobooks or something to download, because not everyone owns CD players nowadays which makes CDs kind of inconvenient.
Opinion:
I personally loved the book and would definitely recommend it to every student or even adults because one of the sections was very interesting, it was a section that focused on adults and how they can train their brain so that in the future their brain will still function properly and they will avoid the forgetfulness that most older people might develop at that age. The hypnosis CD was my favourite part because it was a bit like meditation and it was very relaxing, which helps in clearing my head that is why it when I start working I am more focused on the task at hand. But as mentioned earlier it would be helpful if he made it into another format other than a CD. I also recommend reading his other books, they are all self help books of different topics and all of them have a CD that uses hypnosis.
