Karana , because she was a really inspiring character and because she was the only character that didn’t die or leave the island.

It wasn’t a happy book nor a sad one. It was a realistic novel, but in a positive and inspiring way.

What kind of person would enjoy reading this book?

Anyone would enjoy this book, but fantasy book lovers. (those are a different breed)

That being lonely isn’t a valid reason for giving up.

That her dog didn’t die.
