Matilda by Roald Dahl

Summary:

This book about a girl named Matilda who lives with her carrots and father what doesn't appreciate her. When she started going to school she had the worst principle ever who hates kids but suddenly Matilda found out she had powers she can lift things with her mind and she's really good with Math's.

Strengths

My favourite thing about the story was that she had powers and all she can calculate huge numbers in math and solve big equations. And miss honey was the nice teacher in the whole school and at the end Miss Honey adopted Matilda.

Weaknesses:

I didn't like how rude her parents and brother treated her and how the principal used to hit innocent kids it's a bit bad for kids to read that because they think superpowers a real witch it isn't.

My Opinion:

I think that the story is a bit childish but it's great and its actually meant for kids. And the funny part is she got revenge on her parents and brother.
