Summary:

Many elements of life are mentioned in the book which changes in teenage years, such as caring for the physical/mental wellbeing, and brain development in an effective way. There are tips and the concepts of "FLOURISH" that are mentioned in the book which are all built on: Food, liquid, oxygen, usage, relaxation, interest, sleep and happiness. These tips are helpful for teenagers who face different type of problems in their lives.


Strengths & Weaknesses:

The strength this book holds is very powerful, it has great and helpful advices that teenagers could follow throughout their years, which is expressed in a fun yet interesting way.


My Opinion:

In my opinion, I believe this book is great for its target audience (teenagers) who struggle with their lifestyle, because I've found many parts that are relatable to our age group, which will result in reading it excitedly. The book was very helpful and fun to read.
