Summary:
This is a book that talks about six thieves who get together and are given a mission. They go on a heist with a tempting reward and throughout the story, we get to explore each character deeply and we get to learn more about their past.
Strengths:
I liked how all the characters, despite being teenagers, try to survive in this harsh world with everything they got. I liked the diversity in the set-up of the characters and despite how different all of them are, they work together to achieve their goal successfully. I liked how the story focuses on the friendship between all the characters and how they get closer throughout the story.
Weaknesses:
(Spoiler) I didn't like how she (the author) killed off my favourite character. That's one thing I would change.
My Opinion:
It was a good read, I like how sarcastic the characters are, it keeps reminding me that they're around my age and they still have their innocence. The plot is really good and it keeps you attached till the last page. It really pulled on my heartstrings and it made me laugh, cry, and get too engrossed with it.
I'll definitely read it again and I really recommend it to girls who like to read about adventure stories with good plot twists.
