This book is all about loving yourself and how that affects your life. We all have feelings of insecurity and bitterness for ourselves on some point. So, this book teaches us to start opening and sincerely love and accept ourselves as we are in a very peaceful manner.

Strengths

This book inspired me to always trust my guts and love myself. I believe that this book holds a very strong value in self-love. It constantly reminds the reader that loving yourself is not selfish, but a necessity. It is more of a self-help book than a novel.

Weaknesses:

The book might be a bit boring, it took me a while to complete it because of the "too much detail" part. I would change the book into a quite straightforward one.

My Opinion:

I adore most of Louise Hays books, because they all radiate feelings of serenity, and love. However, whenever I starting reading over and over again a few pages of this specific book, it fills me with warmth, love and confidence. I recommend this book for people who lack self confidence and underestimate their own strengths.
