Summary:
The story talks about a wealthy family that meets up every summer in their private island. One day, one of the family members brought their fiancée, who himself brought one of his family members. The whole family were taken aback because the two guests had a darker skin tone compared to them and they came from a different country.
Strengths:
The strength of the story is that it shows how money can have a negative impact on family, how heirs end up fighting over the money. As well as that love has no boundaries when it comes to nationalities.
Weaknesses:
The weaknesses of the story is that the language presented is highly advanced, as well as some of the cases illustrated can be prohibited in our culture such as dating. There are some cases of racism where the characters differentiate between skin tones and nationalities.
My Opinion:
I liked the story, it was really interesting to imagine the pictures through words, to describe each detail presented in the place. Adding up to that, the turning point in the story was so amazing and unexpected.
