Human World

[Y/N: Your Name] Part 1

First POV An angel, with nothing to do but dream about being in the human world. Mother: "Sweetie! What are you doing?" You: "Studying!" You quickly rush to your desk and grab the huge book and pretended to be studying your Book of Angels 101. Mother came in to check on you, she peeked over your shoulder and saw the huge book upside down while pulling a 'concentrating’ face, as if you were 'studying'. Mother:" So… Why is the Book of Angels 101 upside down, Y/N?" You slowly looked at your mother with an innocent smile. Y/N: "Um..." Mother rose, lifted one eyebrow and crossed her arms. Mother: "Uh huh? Come on, it's lunch time". You sighed and got from your chair and left with Mother to the dining room. Big Brother: "Come on! I'm getting really hungry! I have to go back to the human world." Your eyebrows lifted, you ran quickly next to your big brother and sat next to him. Y/N:"Really?! Can I come? Please, please, please…" You put on your puppy-face pout. Mother came in and placed down the pot, Mother: "No Y/N, you are not going with your brother to the human world." You looked at Mother. Y/N: "Please!" *Puppy Face*

Mother: "No is no. Now let's eat!" We start eating, Father came back from the human world. You thought maybe you could ask Father to go to the human world with him. Y/N: "Father, *Puppy Face* can I go to the human world with you?" Father looked at my puppy face. Father never says no to me. Father: "Sure, it's about time for you got out of this house for a while." Father flashes me a sweet smile then continue to eat his lunch. You squealed. Mother: "Honey… She's not going to the human world." Father looked at Mother. Father: "Why not?" Mother: "We'll talk about this later, let's just eat." After lunch.... Mother and Father had a discussion, while you and Big Brother read books. Big Brother: “Why do you so dearly want to go to the human world?" You look up from your book to Big Brother. Y/N: "Well… The humans are so interesting through the years, I really want to go on jobs like you and see the humans every day." You were day dreaming about the humans and how they've changed over the years. Mother:" Y/N...." You snapped out of your daze about humans and can see Mother and Father looking at you, you instantly stand up. Y/N: "So....? Can I go?" Mother worriedly glanced at Father, Mother: "...You may go...BUT!" Mother snapped. Mother: "You may NOT intervene with the humans, understood...?"

Your eyes light up. Y/N: "Really?!...OH THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU." You hugged Mother and Father really tightly. Father:" Big Brother will take you to the human world and I will fill in for him." Y/N: "Oh, thank you! When do we go?" Mother:" You will leave the next morning..." You were really excited, you left to decide what to wear the next morning. You were so dearly interested I humans. Humans and angels are completely different. Next morning.... You woke up really early, got ready and rushed to Big Brother where he is sitting and eating breakfast with Father. You sat down and started eating. Once we were done, Big Brother:" You ready?" You nodded. Mother and Father sent us off. Mother: "Y/N remember what I told you, don't intervene with the humans. Have a safe trip!" Mother and Father waved us off, and we left. And entered the human world.

Part 2 You saw strangely weird structures and trees, and.... Humans! You saw them walk past you, and Big Brother was just smiling at you. Big Brother: "You’re ridiculous, *chuckling* your eyes might pop out if you stared too much.” Y/N: "Can we walk around? *Puppy Face*". Big Brother nodded and we walked around in a so-called park. You looked at the trees and all the humans that walked in the same path you tread on. It was a bit crowded, but then... We walked into a swarm of humans, they were surrounding something and so we wanted to check it out. But then You accidentally lost Big Brother in the swarm of humans. You panicked. Shiny lights surrounded you. You vanished from your spot. Edwin POV I woke up and started to get ready. I work at a little cafe, in the morning I work as a waiter and at night I play the guitar and sing songs there. Once I was done, I went to my kitchen to get something to eat before I work. I pass by a lady in my kitchen and opened a top cupboard. Passed her again and started getting my coffee ready. Once I was done, I set my meal on the counter and sat down. I looked up from my plate and saw a lady. WAIT WHAT! Edwin: "Who are you?!" She looked at me and said "You can see me...?" Edwin:" Yes, I can, who are you?!" Y/N:" My name is Y/N." She flashed me an eye to eye smile. Edwin:" Well Y/N, how did you get into my house??" Y/N:" Uh…I don't know..." “I'm not buying it, lady. Ugh, my friends will be here and I have a random lady in my house. /DING DONG\ Great... What do I tell them? 'Oh she's just a random lady who appeared into my kitchen, at night” Edwin: "You, *pointing* come with me." She pointed at herself.

Y/N: "... Me?" I pulled her by the wrist and dragged her into my room. Edwin: "Now YOU stay here, ok?" She nodded. I won't lie but she is kinda cute. No, Edwin. What are you thinking, you have a girlfriend? I quickly went to the door and opened it. Revealing Jason, David, Reese and Trevor. Edwin: "Hey guys!" We hugged, came in and chatted in the living room.

/DING DONG\ Another doorbell rang. Jason: "Who's that?" Edwin: "Don't know, didn't expect anyone other than you guys." I went to get the door, revealing. My girlfriend. Edwin: "Oh JiHae! Didn't expect you were visiting. *Flashes a boxy smile*" JiHae: "I came because I was free today. *smiles*" Edwin: "Well, the guys are actually here, so we can hang out together." JiHae:" Ok! *Smiles*" We all talked until we realized it was afternoon. Edwin: "Hey it's noon, so what do you want to eat?" David: "How about I cook?" JiHae: "Ok, I'm down." Jason: "Me too." Trevor and Reese: "MEAT!!" David: "Ok, can I use your kitchen and ingredients?" Edwin: "Go right ahead." David started cooking, while Jason, Reese and Trevor started dancing around, meanwhile I get to spend time with JiHae. Edwin: "So…How was your day?" JiHae: "Amazing! Today I got center in our choreography." JiHae is a ballerina, she is so elegant and fragile. She's my angel. We started eating after Jin finished cooking. JiHae: "Ed… can I go to the bathroom?" Edwin: "Yeah, of course." JiHae: "Thanks." JiHae left. Part 3 : Y/N's POV I was sitting on the floor, behind the bed, staring at the door. The door moved, I got excited but it was not him. It was a girl. I hid behind the bed. She walked pass into another room. I got up and went to the door that she went in. I put my ear against it, I could hear water splashing around. Then the door suddenly opened. It made me stumble forward a little, hitting her forehead. The girl rubbed her forehead and then glanced at me, but with her eyes larger than usual human eyes. I didn't know it could stretch that big. She looked at me up and down with a surprised look. I was wearing my favorite white dress. JiHae: "W-who are y-you?" Y/N: "I'm Y/N, *flashes an angelic smile* what's your name?" The girl looked angry, yet she was about to cry. JiHae: "What are you doing in Edwin’s room?" Y/N: "Is that his name?" She was really confused and might also burst into tears. Y/N: "Are you okay? Do you need a hug?" I was about to wrap my arms around her but she slapped my arms away. Y/N: "Ouch. That hurts... *Massaging arm*" She grabbed my wrist suddenly, I looked at her, I don't think a hug will fix this problem. She dragged me out of the room, I tried to pull back before we even left the room. JiHae: “Come ON!" She pulled me so hard that I almost fell on top of her. She dragged in front of a bunch of handsome humans. They were really good looking. I saw Edwin, he had a very shocked face. I don't think he’s happy. JiHae: "WHO’S THIS, EDWIN?!" Edwin: "Uh...a random lady" JiHae: "AND WHY IS SHE IN YOUR ROOM?!" Jason: "Hey… What's your name?" Y/N: "Y-You can see me t-too...?"He gave a confused face.

Jason: "Yes, I can..." Y/N: "Oh...it's Y/N..." JiHae: “EDWIN!" Edwin: "What." JiHae: “Fine, if you're not gonna answer me, then YOU! *Pointing at Y/N* What the HECK are you doing in MY BOYFRIEND's room?!" B-Boyfriend...?? Y/N: "What's a boyfriend...?" The girl laughed.

Edwin’s POV I stood up from my seat. Edwin: "JiHae, you're going too far." She shot glares at me. JiHae: "We've been dating for 2 months and now you're cheating on me!" Edwin: "Wait what, I didn't cheat on you!" JiHae looked at Y/N. I sighed. Trevor: "Um, JiHae maybe you should calm down.”

Y/N: "I’m. Sorry..." JiHae: "For what!" Y/N: "For hurting you." JiHae:" Oh really! Then what else did you do behind my back, huh Edwin?!” JiHae targeted me again, I was about to say something when Y/N went in front of me. Y/N: "Edwin didn't cheat on you!" I looked at Y/N. JiHae: "Oh yeah. LIAR!" Y/N: "Edwin is a nice human, he let me stay when I didn't have a place to go. He loves you very much. With all his heart!” Then.../SLAP\ JiHae slapped Y/N. Edwin: "JiHae! Why would you do that! Y/N are you okay?" JiHae:" See, you don't even love me!" Edwin: "Well, I WOULD'VE LOVED YOU IF YOU TRUSTED ME, JiHae. I’m sorry... but get out." JiHae: "We're over! You even take HER *pointing at Y/N* side! *runs out in anger*" Edwin: "Y/N are you okay?" Y/N: "I'm okay...I don't think she's okay though..." Trevor: "Um...maybe we should go...you guys can talk, let's go" Jason: "Bye Edwin and Y/N" After they left.... Y/N's POV Edwin and I sat down on a comfy couch. Edwin: "Who are you, I'm serious..." Y/N: "Oh hi serious *waving and giggling*" You tried to lighten the mood but it didn't work. Edwin: "*sighing* Okay I will ask again later, but for now I need to go grocery shopping. So would you mind, not breaking anything here?" Y/N: "Can't I just come with you...?" Edwin:" Fine IF..." I stood up and waited for him to continue. Edwin: "You tell me what you are because I'm sure that my doors were locked then." I sighed...Should I tell him...? Y/N:" Please don't be afraid or tell anyone." Edwin nodded. Y/N: "I'm an … angel" Edwin started laughing. Edwin:" You're joking right?" Y/N: "Nope." Edwin: "Okay...yeah let's say you're an “angel” ... come on let's go." I nodded and we left the house. At the supermarket.... Edwin and I are walking around in a “supermarket” and Edwin was pushing a “shopping cart”. He started putting stuff inside his shopping cart. I'm guessing those are the things he needed. I was just amazed at how humans have evolved. I went to the “toys” section, I saw a bunch of animal’s. Y/N: "Edwin!" I yelled.

Edwin came running to me, leaving the shopping cart. Edwin: “What’s wrong? Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Y/N: "No, but there’s a lion over there *pointing*" Edwin just sighed. Edwin went over there, and grabbed the lion. I got scared. Y/N: "Edwin, are you crazy!? He's gonna eat you!" Edwin walked over to me with the lion. Edwin: "First of all this is a stuffed animal and second of all I'm bigger than him *pointing at the lion*" Y/N: "What's a stuffed animal...?" Edwin: "*sighing* Maybe you aren't joking, about being an angel..." After Edwin explained what a stuffed animal is, he actually bought me one. Y/N: "Can I have a stuffed animal, please? *puppy eyes*" Edwin: "Which one?" Y/N: "I want the panda" Yeah... I just kept hugging my panda, while Edwin was carrying all of the groceries. At Edwin’s Apartment.... Y/N:" I'm hungry..." I came in still hugging my panda stuffed animal. At first, I thought they actually stuffed an animal, but Edwin told me it was just made of fabric. Edwin: “What do angels eat then?" He said as he looked through the cupboards. Y/N: "Of course we eat aliens, don't you know?" Edwin looked at me with a horrified expression. Edwin: "What...!" I laughed, that was the most hilarious reaction ever! Y/N:" I'm kidding!" Edwin sighed in relief. Edwin: "Don't scare me like that!" Y/N: "I'll eat whatever you're eating...*smiling*" Edwin: "Okay!" After eating.... Y/N: "Whoa... I'm full." As you rub your full belly. Edwin: "Me too..." He got up and so did I. Y/N: "Where are you going?" I asked him. Edwin: "To the cafe." I tilted my head. Y/N: "What's a Cafe?" Edwin: "A small restaurant selling light meals and drinks. That's where I work." He goes to pick up a weirdly shaped bag. Y/N: "What's that? *Pointing at the guitar bag*" Edwin:"*chuckling* I'll explain it to you while we get there." Y/N: "Ok. *smiles beautifully*" At the Cafe.... Edwin’s POV I left Y/N at a table in the back, so I could see her but no one could see her. I got to the stage and sat on the chair in front of a microphone. I greet all the customers and start to sing. **You can imagine any song you want for him to sing. I'm writing this while listening to 'With Seoul' by BTS** While I sing, I sneakily stole a few glances of Y/N, thank goodness she was just jamming out to the music with her eyes closed. Phew... Near the end of the song.... I stole another glance of Y/N but noticed that she was... fading... I quickly ended the song and thanked the customers for listening, then quickly ran to Y/N. She just smiled at me... Edwin: "Y/N... why are you being transparent... like you’re... fading...?" Y/N just smiles, but I could see that she was on the verge of crying. Everything around us stopped, even time, like we were the only ones there. Edwin: “Are you leaving...now...?"

Y/N nodded.

Y/N: "Don't worry... I'll always be watching over you... up there. *points up*"

I tried to hold back my tears so I could take a good look at her. I remember all of the memories that we had in a span of a day. How a strange lady in my kitchen can make me happy? Edwin: "You promise...?" I put my hand up and raised my pinky.

Y/N: "I... *sobs*...promise...*sobs*" She slowly raises her pinky and hooks it on to mine.

Part 4 : Edwin’s POV

It's been 8 years since I've met Y/N. Is it weird that I like someone that has already passed away or born as an angel? I don't know anymore. Nothing has changed that much since Y/N left/ vanished/ disappeared. I miss her so much.

I'm in my living room, trying to write a song. I have decided to come up with my own song that I can sing to the people and customers so they can enjoy. But it's hard to write a song, I need a muse.

/DING DONG\

Someone's at the door...? It may be Trevor, maybe he could help me with my song writing

problem...

I opened the door, and walked to the living room.

Edwin: "Trevor, can you help me with my song writing problem. I've been stuck on a part that I just can't make it seem right-"

???: "Edwin-"

I was cut off by someone. That someone is not Trevor...

Edwin: "Y/N....?"

Y/N: "Hi...*waves at Edwin*”
