The Unknown

Story based on the film Hush (2016)

On a cold evening, the sound of thunder and rain pervaded the room. Bella wakes up because of her vibrating bed, to warn her of the loud noises, because she is deaf. She lost her ability to hear and speak at the age of twelve, due to an illness that she had contracted. Since then, her life has become difficult, and her family and friends have never been the same. They made her feel that she was deficient and would never succeed in her life.

After a period of time and pressure on her, she moved to live alone in a house in the woods. Bella loved writing novels and stories and on this night she decided to complete one of the books that had no end yet. After two hours, her friend Sarah came to take a book that she gave to Bella, but unfortunately she didn't arrive alone.

There is someone who followed her to the house and killed her upon her arrival. But, Bella did not notice that. The unknown person entered the house and took Bella's phone without even realizing his movement. He began by photographing her and sending her pictures to her computer, which she was using to complete her book. Then events began to deteriorate and fear consumed her from the inside, and the unknown person began many attempts to kill Bella. He cut the electrical current and broke her car, making it difficult for her to escape, but to no avail...

When she saw the body of her only friend and her blood flowing like a flowing river, her feelings were mixed together between grief and anger. So, she gathered her dead energy and somehow Bella overcame the killer, and she discovered that he was her father in fact. However, Bella was not surprised by this and while he breathed his last breath, he took a piece of paper out of his pocket and died.

The sheet was blank, white, with the words "You are the End" in the middle. Bella did not understand the meaning of the phrase, but she found an end to completing her book and a month after publishing her first book, Bella became one of the most famous writers in Burla.
