To stay positive means being self aware and in touch with your feelings. Don’t let fear take over and have you convinced that things won’t work out for the best. Take a deep breath, and take a step or two back. Let go of your negative energy.


What did you learn?

I learned that you need to choice the friend with positive words, if your friends are complaining about anything just ignore them, try to talk to yourself in a good way, don’t compare yourself with others, especially people with ban personality and you need to compare where were you before.


How will you use the information?

I will use the tips that I gained from the talk, I think it’ll help me a lot because some times I become negative and this tips help a lot.
