Watch the TED Talk here.

Summary:
This TED Talk is on body language and how the body reacts in various situations, some of which you do unconsciously to express how you are falling, and the name of the body language you use. High-Power Posses and Low-Power Posses, for example, and Amy Cuddy, who is giving the TED presentation, mentioned her personal experience as well.
What did you learn?
I really enjoyed her discussion of High-Power Posses and Low-Power Poses. It made me realise that possessions can make you feel confident and powerful, or they can make you feel insecure and shy. I believe that I can be bashful at times, but that if I stand in a forceful position, I can gain confidence.
How will you use the information?
This TED lecture blew me away, and I don't normally listen to TED talks, but it has made me want to listen to more. I liked how she decided to include her own personal experience, which added to the overall quality of the piece. It made me understand that I use body language in some situations that I am completely unaware of.
Who would enjoy this TED Talk?
I believe that this TED talk is appropriate for people aged 15 and up because there is some difficult vocabulary that small children cannot understand and comprehend because English is not their first language, and I believe that people who would enjoy this TED talk are those who are interested in learning about body language and how the body reacts in various situations.
