Summary:

A Japanese method to relax in less than 5 minutes. Each finger represents something. Grasp the finger with the opposite hand, wrapping all the fingers and thumb around it. The thumb is for anxiety, index is for fear, middle finger is for anger, ring finger is for sadness and the little finger is for self-respect.


What did you learn?

It can involve imagining yourself being in your happy place maybe picturing yourself sitting on a beach, listening to the waves. Simply close your eyes for a minute and walk yourself through a peaceful scene. Breathing techniques can calm your body and your brain in just a few minutes.


How will you use the information?

When ever I’m stressed I can use this tips that I gained from the talk and especially when there is an exams i feel so, stressed.

I recommend this for people who get stressed fast or sad and can deal with it. I think it will help them a lot.
