Summary:
In this talk the presenter talked about a way to get rid of stress in less than 5 minutes. Each finger on your hand has a way of helping you cope with something your thumb reduces anxiety, your index finger reduces fear, you middle finger reduces anger, your ring finger reduces sadness and your pinky helps with self esteem. Lastly, you palm helps you by relieving stress and calming you. To relive you self from something specific all you have to do is wrap your other hand around the finger you want for 1-2 minutes and you should feel better.
What did you learn?
In this talk I learned how I can reduce my anger, sadness, stress, and anxiety. I think this talk will be beneficial for me in the future because I know I will be stressed in an exam one day and I can just get rid of that stress in a few minutes or maybe one day I’m feeling sad, I can follow the technique and it will help me.
How will you use the information?
I will use the technique taught in this TED talk on a daily basis to help me during my exams or at any moment I’m feeling like I need a pick me up.
