Summary:

He outlines ways to be proactive in preventing disasters, which are more likely to happen when we are stressed. The main point from this TED Talk is that we should expect failures as humans at times. When we are stressed, our chances of failure increase. He suggests that we put procedures in place to reduce the possibility of failure during situations of pressure.


What did you learn?

I learned how to avoid making critical mistakes in stressful situations. and how to balance my school life with my personal life. and learned how to deal with any problems in a more calm manner.


How will you use the information?

This TED talk taught me how to work under stress as well as how to balance my academic and personal lives. and learned how to deal with problems in a more composed manner.


Who would enjoy this talk?

This TED talk would be beneficial to anyone and everyone, but especially students who are constantly stressed and are unable to deal with and work under pressure.
