Summary:
Manipulating your mind into believing something is true will result in it becoming true. Our nonverbals govern how we think and feel about ourselves. It is possible to change your body using your mind; all you have to do is believe it is possible. You can change many things inside and outside of yourself by using your mind. One of them is the ability of your mind to change your behavior and help you become more confident in yourself, which will change your outcomes. Confident people are able to produce a better outcome than shy people, and in order to produce the outcome you desire, you must trick your brain into believing that you are confident enough and capable of producing the outcome you desire.
What did you learn?
